ASTM A182 F316/F316L Weld Neck Flange Inspection：

✅Appearance Inspection: Inspect the surface for cracks, pores, scratches, weld quality, and clarity of markings.

✅Outer Diameter: Measure the outer diameter to ensure it meets the specified tolerance.

✅Inner Diameter: Measure the inner diameter to ensure it matches the pipe.

✅Number of Bolt Holes: Verify that the number of holes meets the specified standard.

✅Thickness: Measure the overall thickness of the flange and the neck to ensure it meets the pressure rating requirements.

✅Neck Big End Diameter: Inspect the diameter at the transition between the flange neck and the weld seam.
