SS316L Weld Neck Flange Order From Singapore

On April 14, 2025, we received a quotation request from an old customer in Singapore. This customer previously purchased a batch of class 150 SS316L weld neck flange from our company and is now reordering this batch of flanges. Therefore, the customer is placing an order with us.

ZIZI is a professional enterprise engaged in the production and processing of pipes and pipe fittings. Our produced pipes and pipe fittings are mainly used in fields such as chemical, petroleum, natural gas, water conservancy, power, and marine engineering. Our products mainly include seamless pipes, welded pipes, butt-welding pipe fittings, high-pressure forged pipe fittings, and flanges in various sizes. Materials include carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, low-temperature steel, duplex steel, and nickel alloys.

 

Weld Neck Flange Inspection

 

Outer Diameter:

To ensure that the external dimensions of the flange meet the standard requirements, avoid interference with other components, and provide sufficient installation space for connecting bolts.

Thickness:

To ensure that the flange has sufficient strength and rigidity to withstand the design pressure load, prevent flange deformation or damage, and ensure the reliability and sealing of the connection.

Number of Bolt Holes:

To ensure that the number of bolt holes on the flange is consistent with that of the mating flange, which is a necessary condition for achieving flange connection. The number of bolt holes for a PN10 weld neck flange is 8.

Hub Diameter :

To ensure that the outer diameter of the flange neck (or spigot) matches the inner or outer diameter of the pipe to be welded.

SS316: This indicates the material of the flange is 316 stainless steel. Grade 316 is an austenitic stainless steel alloy known for its excellent corrosion resistance, especially against pitting and crevice corrosion in chloride environments. It also offers good high-temperature strength and creep resistance. The addition of molybdenum in its composition enhances its resistance to various corrosive media.

 

Weld Neck Flange Dimensions

 

The specifications of stainless steel weld neck flanges are mainly applicable to sizes ranging from 1/2″ to 24″. The production standard is ASME B16.5, and the pressure levels are Class 150, 300, 600, and 1500. The following table shows some sizes of pressure 150 weld neck flanges.
