In late March 2025, we received an inquiry for stainless steel flanges from a long-term domestic client. Drawing on years of experience, our sales representative promptly provided a quotation. Trusting our capabilities, the client placed an order. Following the order confirmation, the sales representative immediately coordinated with procurement personnel to ensure the flanges meeting the client’s specifications would be delivered promptly.

In a nutshell, it’s a high-performance stainless steel flange designed for extreme environments.
Key Advantage: Its superior corrosion resistance, especially where common stainless steels like 316 would fail.
The weld neck flange and Blind Flange portions of the order are manufactured under the ASME B16.5 standard, which covers pipe flanges and flanged fittings NPS ½ to 24″. This standard defines dimensions, tolerances, bolt-hole patterns, pressure class ratings (for example Class 150) and sealing face types for these stainless steel flanges. By referencing ASME B16.5, the components ensure compatibility with global piping systems.
For the slip on flange (type 12 flange) DN200 PN16 stainless steel flanges, the specification EN 1092-1 applies. This European standard defines requirements for circular steel flanges with PN designations (nominal pressure) and includes material grades, dimensions, tolerances and pressure/temperature ratings. By using EN 1092-1, we guarantee that the slip-on raised face flange meets European industrial norms and is fully traceable.

“Sch” is the abbreviation for “Schedule,” a widely used system for designating pipe wall thickness grades. The higher the number following “Sch,” the thicker the pipe wall and the greater its pressure-bearing capacity.
The “S” in “10S” stands for stainless steel.
“Sch 10S” refers to the “connection size” of this flange being compatible with “pipes of Schedule 10S wall thickness.” It is not the flange’s pressure rating itself, but rather the specification of its connection port.
